About the Jordan Desk Table Lamp - Desk Task Lamp for Home Office and Study
A desk lamp lights the work in front of you, not the whole room.
Place it on the side opposite your writing hand to avoid shadows.

On a desk
Set it to the side so the light falls on the work, not the screen.
By the bed
A small task lamp works as a reading light.
In a study
Pair it with a ceiling light for balanced light.
